I joined Bloomscape, a DTC plant brand as their Social Community & Events Manager, in March of 2020 (yup) — just in time for the rise of widespread WFH and the boom of indoor plant care. During my time there, I ran their influencer and ambassador program, managed the Social Media team, and hosted & planned a variety of virtual and IRL events, including a weekly workshop series I taught called Rookie Plant Care. Each week, we had 1-2 IG lives hosted by myself & other folx in the plant community, and we took our blooms to Austin in the flesh to host a super fun pop-up event!
